How to provide collaborator access to PricePanda?

The document will help you provide collaborators access to your store for Pricepanda application troubleshooting purposes. Please note that this is the most secure way to provide access to a Shopify partner. We will gain access through our Shopify App dashboard and ensure all the security measures are taken.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Please provide your store name/store link so the PricePanda team can request collaborator access
2. Once you share the store details, the PricePanda support team will request for access to only the sections of the store that are need to resolve the issue. 
3. You will receive an email to the Shopify store mailbox 
4. Click on the “View Request” button 

5. You will be directed to your store’s “Users and Permissions” page. Click on “Review Request” 

6. You can review all the permissions requested by the store, update if needed, and click on “Accept request” 

7. Once you accept the request, you will notice that PricePanda is included as one of the stores within the Collaborators section. 

8. Confirm to PricePanda support personnel that you have provided collaborator access via email/chat.
